Summer Camp

Voted "Best Camp for Kids" in Bay Area Parent and the San Francisco Bay Guardian, Camp Galileo is a summer day camp serving kids in Pre-K through 5th grades. Founded in 2002, Camp Galileo inspires kids to imagine new ideas, collaborate with peers and express themselves creatively. Kids enjoy art, science and outdoor programming every day, wrapped in fun camp traditions and delivered by highly enthusiastic staff.

Save up to $110 when you ENROLL by February 27th. Our hands-on curriculum is developed in partnership with The Tech Museum of Innovation, de Young Museum and Klutz.

Musical Theatre Camp

Is your child looking for an opportunity to show off his dramatic side? Join our popular drama program this summer! As part of these sessions, children will be cast in a full-length musical production. They will participate in intensive rehearsals--learning lines, songs and dances. A commitment to full attendance is required for acceptance. Costumes will be the responsibility of the parents. The sessions will culminate in a performance for family, friends and neighbors. Note that this program is limited to children entering first grade and up.

Enrollment Notes:

Camp fees are due with a one-time enrollment fee of $25. However, if camp fees are paid before June 1, the enrollment fee will be waived.
There will be no refunds after June 12.

Summer Reading Lists
Every educator knows it. So do most parents. Summer reading is essential for kids! In fact, reading experts note that most young readers suffer a backslide in reading skills during summer downtime. But that needn't be the case. Families can make reading a priority during the summer months, and children will learn that people never take a vacation from learning.
