Admissions 2010/2011 School Year Procedures 1. Submit the Application To apply online, please follow the link at the bottom of this section. It will take you to a new window where you must select "AlmadenDB_v2" and then log in by selecting "Guest Account". You do not need to enter an account name or password. Your application will be submitted directly to the Admissions Office and you will be contacted shortly about the next steps for your application. Please read the instructions at the end of the application about submitting your $100 application fee. Additional supporting materials are also required. Please mail Almaden Country School a copy of your child's 2 most recent school reports and any standardized testing he or she has completed. There is also a required teacher recommendation. You may download a PDF of the Preschool Evaluation Form or the Elementary and Middle School Evaluation Form by clicking here, or contact the Admissions Office to have a copy mailed to you. Your child's current teacher will complete this form and return it directly to Almaden Country School. To submit a paper copy of your application to the Admissions Office with a $100 non-refundable fee, you may download the Enrollment Application PDF or call (408) 997-0424 x 222 to request that an application be mailed to you. 2.
