Student Achievement Results
After ACS

At Almaden Country School, students receive outstanding preparation for their ongoing studies in high school and beyond:

  • 86% – ACS graduates are admitted to their first-choice high school (Based on a six-year average.)
  • 88% – Average score on National High School Placement Exam (2005 results.)
  • 85% – Average National Percentile Ranking on Stanford Achievement Test.  (50% represents average grade-level performance. Taken at the 3rd, 5th, 7th, & 8th grade levels. 2005 results.)

Once in high school, ACS students are known for quickly becoming involved in all areas of high school life. They typically distinguish themselves academically and otherwise, taking honors and Advanced Placement classes, achieving the highest grade point averages at their schools, participating in clubs and on teams, receiving service awards, and earning scholarships to their colleges of choice.
